Grow with Braze Dubai 2026 · 07 Oct
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth. It was a good afternoon, and we came away with a lot to think about.
Your platform knows what your customers did. Your business knows who they are. Nobody connected the two.
That came up in more conversations in Dubai than anything else, so we are digging into it properly on 15 Oct.

Held by the business
What she is worth What she is likely to do next What the last campaign earned•All of it exists. It has never reached the platform.
The decision that was correct and still wrong
Three signals from one evening, and what they cost.
Your data does not have to move
The systems stay where they are and stay in sync.
The order matters
Connect these in the wrong sequence and none of it works.

About CustomerIK
Working across the GCC, Southeast Asia, India and the United States.
A customer data and engagement consultancy. Marketers and engineers under one roof. We are the layer between a very good platform and a business that can use all of it.
Customer Data Management
We clean up and connect the data feeding your platform, so profiles are accurate, deduplicated and complete.
MarTech Strategy
We audit your stack, design where it should go, and build the roadmap to get there.
Marketing Analytics
We build the reporting that shows what your campaigns actually earned, in numbers your finance team accepts.
Across the Braze lifecycle
How we work with you
CIK OperateWe guide and fly
Our data architects work hands-on-keyboard as part of your team, for teams without internal data engineering.
CIK SustainWe guide, you fly
We architect and build it with you, train your team, and hand it over. No permanent dependency on us.
CIK AssureYou fly, we support
You run it. We stay on call with an agreed response time, so your pipelines and reporting do not break before a board meeting.
Most engagements sit somewhere between these. We shape it to what the work actually needs.
This is what we were saying a year ago
Twelve months ago we were on the Grow with Braze Dubai stage. These are the things we were arguing for then, and what we built after.
-
Committed to going “beyond implementation” and building “innovative products and solutions around Braze”.

Abridge ships. An integration suite built for one job, moving Salesforce data into Braze without a bespoke project every time.
-
“If 2024 was about centralising data into a warehouse, 2025 was about democratising it.”
Shekhar Dec 2025

We built a conversational analytics agent that reads the warehouse and Braze together. A marketer asks a question in plain language and gets the answer, without writing SQL or joining an analyst’s queue. In use on live accounts.
-
“Your biggest threat in 2026 isn’t a competitor, it’s non-compliance.”
Shekhar Dec 2025

We built the integration layer that carries legacy systems into Braze: hashing, audit logging, retries, and a data minimisation approach mapped against PDPL and GDPR. Proven in production on a migration for a group we work with, and written for the people who have to sign it off.
-
On Braze’s zero-copy release: “we specialise in configuring the Braze Data Platform and these new Zero-copy features”.
Shekhar Oct 2025

Official Databricks partner, which means the warehouse side of that architecture is now something we build rather than something we recommend.

A year ago we were talking about these things. They’re built now, and we’ve learnt a lot running them.
The session on 15 Oct is the current version of the same argument.
